In bowl, beat egg; mix in bread crumbs, onion, chives, lemon rind and juice, 1 tbsp (15 mL) water, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix in chicken; shape into six 3/4-inch (2 cm) thick patties. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Sandwich in buns.
