Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup lime juice (about 6 limes)
  • 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) carbonated water
  • ice cubes

Method

In microwaveable measure, microwave lime juice with honey on high for 30 seconds; whisk until honey is dissolved. Let cool.

Pour carbonated water over ice cubes in pitcher; stir in lime mixture.
