this pasta is delicious and very garlicy. i wanted to come up with a new pasta dish that i could you ingredients from my garden and this is what i came up with. enjoy.

Take 300 gr of brie (or more), cut the rind off and cut into chunks. take about 20 ripe cherry tomatoes and cut in half and add to the cheese. finely chop 4 cloves of garlic and add that to the tomatoes and cheese. add about 4 tbsp of fresh chopped basil and 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper. add 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil and mix. cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for about 2 hours. cook 1 lb of linguini until desired tenderness. drain, reserving about a cup of pasta water. add tomato mixture to pasta and toss to melt brie. you can add some of the pasta water to create a bit of a sauce, starting with a tablespoon at a time. serve with garlic bread. enjoy.
