Macaroni Casserole

Great quick will love it. Goes well with a salad or veggies and dip.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain Cook the macaroni according to pkg directions. Add soup to ground beef and mix well. Add cooked macaroni and half the shredded cheese to the beef mixture. Mix well. Transfer to a large casserole dish. Top with remaining shredded cheddar. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 15min or until cheese has melted.
