evaporated skim milk
whole wheat bread
(choose mild, medium, spicy, depending on your likes)
sharp Cheddar cheese
In bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt & mustard. Butter or spray pam 9 x 13 baking dish. Place cubed bread in bottom. Fry sausage until brown, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain well. Spread sausage over bread. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage/bread. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle a little Paprika on top. Now you have options here! A. Place in frig overnight & bake 350/45 mins. B. Bake immediately 350/30 mins & then reheat for 15 mins when ready to serve. Bake at 350/45 & freeze when cooled.
