Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 fresh oregano crushed
  • 4 fresh thyme crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 10 oz feta cheese cubed

Method

In shallow dish, stir together red peppers, oil, oregano, thyme and hot pepper flakes; stir in feta cheese.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
