Method

Melt butter on medium heat in a small skillet.While butter is melting spread mustard and mayonnaise onto bread. Place ham on one side and turkey on other. The cheese in the middle. Dip into your well beaten egg.Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Turn off heat and cover with a lid for a minute. This will aid in the melting of the cheese.
