Mixed Berry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed wild blueberry
  • 1 cup crushed cultivated blueberries
  • 1 cup crushed raspberry
  • 1 cup crushed blackberry
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 box (49g) light pectin crystals

Method

In large bowl, stir together blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and lemon juice. Add sugar. Mix in pectin crystals; let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour into clean airtight containers, leaving 1/4-inch (5 mm) headspace. Let stand, undisturbed, until set, about 24 hours. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 8 months.
