Mixed Greens with Dijon Vinaigrette

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • 8 cups torn salad greens


In bowl, whisk together extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, granulated sugar, salt and pepper. Add salad greens; toss with dressing to coat.
