package vegetable soup mix

stewed tomatoes
1 can
lentil soup drained and rinsed (540 ml can)
1 teaspoon
coriander
1 teaspoon
cumin
1/2 teaspoon
tumeric
1/8 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Method
Fry zucchini, pepper, onion, and garlic in one tbsp. of oil. Add all of the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for the whole day (8 - 10 hours). Enjoy with a slice of multigrain bread.
