I often wonder what I could do to make a "new" dish with the leftover food after Thanksgiving and Christmas. So, I developed this dish with turkey, stuffing, vegetable and gravy leftovers. It uses everything that you have leftover, and be innovative by adding whatever you have in the layering. And if you don't have the leftover ingredients listed, omit it and just add more of the other.

Ingredients

Method

1. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, place the stuffing on the bottom as the first layer, then follow with squash, turkey, gravy, vegetables then smooth out the mashed potatoes on the top. 2. Place in a 350 deg F. oven for about 45 -55 minutes. Cover the top with aluminum foil if the potato starts to brown too soon. Uncover the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown on top. 3. Leave for 5 minutes and serve.
