- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
MethodBrown chicken in skillet. Mix together mushroom soup and sour cream.
Place chicken into a casserole dish and layer with soup mix, cheese and mushrooms.
Cover with tin foil and bake for 35-40 min at 425 F.
Serve additional sauce over rice.
