Mustard Cream Pork Chops

One of those good home cooked meals that takes about 20 minutes - just enough time for the noodles to be ready!

Method

Melt butter in skillet, then add mustard.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Remove pork chops.

Pour cream into pan with juices, let cook for 2 minutes. Return pork chops to pan, cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
