Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch hot pepper flakes optional
  • 3 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 small carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet red pepper

Method

In bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and hot pepper flakes (if using). Add cabbage, carrot and red pepper; toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
