- 1 pork shoulder chopped
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 cups rice
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 5 tablespoons nasi goreng spice mix
MethodFry chopped up pork in butter with some seasoning salt. Add onion.
Fry bacon, chopped, in a seperate pan.
Boil rice till done.
Add peas (with a little biit of water from peas) and nasi goreng spice mix. Mix with fork until evenly dispersed.
Add meat with the spice mixture. Serve.
