Ingredients

  • 1 pork shoulder chopped
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 cups rice
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 5 tablespoons nasi goreng spice mix

Method

Fry chopped up pork in butter with some seasoning salt. Add onion.

Fry bacon, chopped, in a seperate pan.

Boil rice till done.

Add peas (with a little biit of water from peas) and nasi goreng spice mix. Mix with fork until evenly dispersed.

Add meat with the spice mixture. Serve.
