Paprika Garlic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (35 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) fennel seeds lightly crushed
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

Method

In small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, fennel seeds and salt ; spread over skin of chicken. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.)

Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven until no longer pink inside, 20 minutes.
