Parmesan Chive Butter

Serve with corn on the cob.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Method

Beat together butter, cheese and chives.

Place butter in plastic wrap and roll into a log shape before refrigerating.
