  • 2 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peeled peaches
  • 1/2 cup cubed soft (silken) tofu
  • 4 teaspoons liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

In blender, pur?together soy milk, peaches, tofu, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
