Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

The nutritious combination of peanut butter and banana is a winning one. It's also a great way to hide other healthy ingredients, such as oat bran. Use any nut butter, such as almond or hazelnut, for variety.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Method

Peel banana and break into chunks; place in blender. Add milk, yogurt, ice, peanut butter, oat bran and cinnamon; pur?until smooth.
