Pepperoni and pasta bake

This is a wonderful way to use leftovers and it is great the day after as well. It's mildly spicy with a little mexican inspiration.

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cup choppped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked pasta


Preheat Oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Boil a large pot of water and add noodles. Boil pasta until al dente. While pasta is boiling, fry up hamburger and drain. Toss in pepperoni, peppers, and onion and fry until veggies are partially cooked. Add taco seasoning, tomato, and salsa. Cook for 5 minutes on stove. strain pasta and pour into the bottom of a large casserole dish. Layer the pepperoni mix ontop, and top with shredded cheese. Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
