Cut steak into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes. In bowl, mix pesto, oil, vinegar and garlic; add beef and toss. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Reserving marinade, thread beef onto 8 skewers. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, brushing with remaining marinade and turning once, for 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
