Creamy Slaw: In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and garlic. Stir in cabbage to coat; set aside.

In skillet over medium-low heat, warm pork with barbecue sauce, stirring to coat, until heated through, about 5 minutes. Sandwich pork mixture, slaw and cilantro in buns.
