Sliders are like any tiny version of a favourite food – they just taste better! And having the pork standing by in the fridge or freezer makes these yummy little mouthfuls come together in no time. Serve with sweet potato fries for a diner-style meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Slow Cooker Shredded Pork
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 mini hamburger buns toasted
Creamy Slaw:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage

Method

Creamy Slaw: In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and garlic. Stir in cabbage to coat; set aside.

In skillet over medium-low heat, warm pork with barbecue sauce, stirring to coat, until heated through, about 5 minutes. Sandwich pork mixture, slaw and cilantro in buns.
