Salmon Dip/Spread 150 Image by: Salmon Dip/Spread 150 Author: Canadian Living

Featuring poached salmon, this delightful spread/dip is a snack that everyone loves and devours. I have used a little garlic, hot sauce and horseradish for a little zip and zing . Chill for eight hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together (the longer the better).
