Salsa Dip

There will be no trouble getting the kids to eat their vegetables with one of these before-dinner snacks or side-dish options on hand. Just whisk one up and serve with plenty of vegetable sticks and florets.

  • Portion size 4 servings


  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup ( 75 ml) salsa
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)


In bowl whisk together light sour cream, salsa, cream cheese and garlic (if using).
