A fast entree that can be prepared ahead of time; cooked in the oven or crock pot.
- Portion size 4 servings

- 1 lb cooked sausage of any variety
- 1 can of tomato
- 1 stock celery chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
MethodPlace all ingredients in large casserole dish or crock pot and cover. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for one hour or 8 hours on low in your crock pot. Serve with rice or pasta of your choice!
(Helpful hint: I usually buy bulk pork sausages, enough for 2 meals and bake them all at once for about 30 minutes at 350, turning once or twice. Serve them how I wish for the first meal and freeze the remainder for this recipe. If you place them on a wire rack and prick each one several times the fat will drip out while cooking giving you a much healthier sausage!)
