Saut? Spinach with Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mild curry paste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 bag spinach cooked, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

In saucepan, heat  vegetable oil over medium heat; fry onion until softened, about 8 minutes. Add curry paste, garlic, minced, salt and cloves. Add  spinach stirring, until blended and hot, about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
