Saute Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Method

In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute garlic, salt and pepper until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes; saute until beginning to soften, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
