Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 oz baby spinach
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add baby spinach and salt. Cover and cook, stirring once, until leaves are bright green and wilted, 3 to 4 minutes.
