- 3/4 cups lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cubed seeded watermelons frozen
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup vodka
MethodIn microwaveable measuring cup, microwave lemon juice with sugar at high for 1 minute. Whisk syrup until sugar is dissolved.
In blender, blend half each of the cubed watermelon, ice cubes, vodka and lemon syrup until smooth; pour into serving pitcher.
Repeat with remaining ingredients; stir pitcher to blend.
