Ingredients
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- 1 stalk celery hearts
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Method
Finely chop salmon and celery; place in bowl. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, dill, lemon rind and juice, salt and hot pepper sauce; mix well. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
