- Portion size 2 servings
- 1 pita bread
- 2 tablespoons Easy Bean Spread
- smoked chicken shaved
- cucumber chopped
- tomato chopped
- red onion diced
Halve pita bread to form pockets; spread insides with bean spread.
Line with lettuce. Stuff with chicken, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
Top each with dollop of yogurt.
