Snow Peas and Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 red pepper sliced
  • 3 cups snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Method

In deep skillet, heat butter or vegetable oil over medium heat; cook garlic, salt and pepper until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add sweet red pepper and snow peas. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, 5 minutes. Stir in wine vinegar.
