Add salt & pepper to taste. Saute onion and green pepper in 1 T olive oil until soft. Add garlic, pepper flakes and anchovy paste and saute 30 seconds. Add olives, capers, tomatoes, basil, and parsley and simmer 6-8 minutes while pasta cooks. When pasta is nearly done, drain and add to sauce ... cook for another minute to finish pasta. Serve topped with grated parmesan.
