Spinach and Walnut Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnut
  • 1 onion
  • 10 oz (1 bag) spinach trimmed

Method

In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook chopped walnuts for 2 minutes. Add onion; cook until softened, 2 minutes. Add spinach, in batches; cook until wilted, 5 minutes.
