Spinach, Goat Cheese and Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups packed spinach leaves
  • 5 cups packed torn red leaf lettuce
  • Basic Berry Vinaigrette recipe
  • 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted almond
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced radish

Method

In large bowl, toss together spinach, leaf lettuce and vinaigrette. Sprinkle with goat cheese, almonds and radishes; toss to combine.
