Serve on flat dish with parsly sprinkled in between mushroom. This dish is very fast, and has been very successful.

  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic


Remove stemps from mushrooms (and save for another use). Grate cheese into fairly small pieces. Chop garlic until fine (can use powdered garlic if you wish) Mix cheese and garlic together and stuff mushroom caps with it. Broil until cheese melts. Serve immediately
