Ingredients

  • 8 sweet potatoes (about 4lb/2 kg)
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into sticks; toss with oil, salt and pepper. Bake on 2 parchment paper–lined baking sheets in 425°F (220°C) oven, switching and rotating pans halfway through, until crisp and golden, 30 to 35 minutes.
