This dip is a hit every time I make it. It was created from the love of cheese and gooey dip! It's always the first to be finished. Everyone wants the recipe. It's so simple and quick which is why it's an entertaining staple and great for pot luck occasions.

  • 1 pkg light cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cup light Swiss-style cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic


Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine first 3 ingredients in mixer until smooth. Add green onion and toasted almonds. Spread in shallow oven proof dish or pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes until top is golden and side are bubbling. Serve with your favourite cracker, crostini or chips.
