Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Balkan-style plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

In bowl, whisk together yogurt, tahini, parsley, water, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.)
