- 1 can chickpeas (540 ml)
- 750 g Arctic Gardens Vegetables or Thai Style Stir Fry Mix
- 15 thai basil tarragon leaves or more according to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tahini
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Tamari
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- juice lemon
- 50 g roasted sesame seeds
- 50 mL canola oil or more as needed
- salt pepper
MethodRinse the chickpeas thoroughly in cold water and drain. Using a little oil, saut? the chickpeas and half the vegetables in a pan over medium-high heat, for ten minutes, stirring often.
Place in food processor with the remaining ingredients and mix until a nice smooth texture is created. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Serve as a dip with the remaining vegetables, chips and pita bread.
