Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

Method

Lightly brush four 12-inch (30 cm) squares of foil with oil. Place fillet in centre of each; top with thyme sprig, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle each with 1 tsp (5 mL) each of the soy sauce, lemon juice and oil. Close up foil and seal well to form packet.

Place on grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook for 9 minutes.
