Traditional Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup hot milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

In large saucepan, boil potatoes, until tender. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
