A colourful selection of fruit makes a festive brunch starter. Mango, melon, lichee, papaya, pineapple or star fruit would be a flavourful combination.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
  • 4 cups bite-size pieces peeled pitted or cored fresh fruit
  • 1 tablespoon shredded fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate_seeds

Method

In bowl, stir honey with orange juice. Add fruit and mint; toss to coat. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. (Make-ahead: Cover; refrigerate up to 8 hours.)
