Quick and easy recipe that the whole family loves!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 cans white tuna

Method

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook penne pasta as per instructions. Meanwhile, saute the mushrooms and onions. Chop head of broccoli into bit size pieces. Blend can of mushroom soup and milk together. Mix pasta, broccoli, tuna, mushrooms, onions and milk and soup mixture all together in a casserole dish. Blend in half the grated cheddar cheese and the pepper. Top off with the remaining grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
