  • 1 small head broccoli cut & cooked slightly, save cooking water
  • 3 cups extra broad egg noodles cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pinch each of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 1/2 cup white or old Cheddar cheese


Place cream of mushroom soup in pot with drained noodles. Add spices. Assemble casserole by layering noodles first, then 1/2 can of tuna, 1/2 the brocolli, and sprinkle 1/2 the grated cheddar cheese. Repeat this layering with the remaining ingredients. If mixture is thick, you may want to add a little of the saved, brocolli water. (this liquid can also be saved and added to any home made soup. Cook at 350, for 25 minutes.
