Makes a 9x13 inch pan of very tasty lasagna - a good way to use up some of that leftover turkey.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz lasagna noodles
  • 2 tins (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tin cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese slices
  • 2 cups cooked chickens
  • 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 tin (10 oz) mushroom drained
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme

Method

Cook lasagna noodles, Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Add parsley, basil, oregano, garlic and thyme to the spaghetti sauce. Spread a thin layer of spagetti sauce in the pan. Layer lasagna noodles, mushroom soup,sliced mushrooms, mozzarella cheese slices, diced cooked chicken or turkey, and spaghetti sauce, repeating until all ingredients are used up. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 oF for 30 minutes
