  • 2 cups carrot cocktail
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon frozen cranberry juice concentrate

Method

In blender, pur?carrot juice, blueberries, strawberries, flaxseeds and orange and cranberry juice concentrates until smooth.
