Wasabi Cream

If you prefer, top the tuna with this instead of the salsa. Use a scant 1/2 tsp (2 mL) for each tostada and garnish with a sprinkle of thinly sliced green onion.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon 10% cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared wasabi paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, 10% cream, wasabi paste, lime juice and salt.
