This pretty reddish-pink drink is utterly refreshing, and it's a hit with adults and kids alike. Try it at your next barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seeded watermelon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 12 fresh mint
  • ice cubes
  • sparkling water

Method

In blender, puree together watermelon, lime juice and honey until smooth.

Divide mint leaves evenly among 4 tall glasses; using handle of wooden spoon, crush mint until fragrant.

Divide watermelon mixture among glasses; top with ice and sparkling water.
