This silky warm drink makes a luxurious start to brunch. For kids, omit the coffee.

- 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 4 cups milk
- 6 oz white chocolate finely chopped
- 2 cups double-strength coffee
- 1 oz bittersweet chocolate grated
In bowl, whip cream; set aside.
In saucepan, heat milk just until bubbles form around edge; remove from heat. Whisk in white chocolate until melted.
Pour 1/4 cup (50 mL) coffee into each warmed mug; top with hot chocolate mixture. Garnish with whipped cream then grated chocolate.
